Where to Order Tickets/Hours of Operation
Tickets to all performances at the Flynn—and to many other regional events and venues—may be purchased year-round through the follwing methods:
- FlynnTix Window Orders: 153 Main Street, Burlington, VT
Monday-Friday 10 am-5 pm,* Saturdays 11 am-4 pm*
Cash, checks made out to Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
* Extended Hours: Monday through Saturday on the days of MainStage shows, the Box Office extends its in-person hours at the window until a half-hour after curtain time. On days of FlynnSpace shows, the Box Office reopens a half hour before show time. One-half hour prior to a MainStage or FlynnSpace show, only that day's event will be available for purchase to ensure timely seating. The Box Office window opens one hour before curtain time for Sunday MainStage shows.

What a FlynnTix.org Ticket Buyer Should Know
- FlynnTix Regional Box Office is now ticketing on line in real time. What does this mean to FlynnTix patrons? This means patrons are able to see and approve seat selections before purchasing!
- If the earliest performance in your order is less than seven days away, your tickets will be held at the box office at the event (in other words, if your event is at the Flynn Center, you may pick-up your tickets at the FlynnTix Regional Box Office (FRBO), but if your event is at another venue you should pick up your tickets either 1) up to two days prior at the FRBO or 2) day-of-show at that specific venue's box office/door—ticket takers at the door can assist you as to where your tickets are at that venue). You may pick them up anytime during regular box office hours. The on-line convenience fee of $2.25 per ticket will still apply. Please bring picture ID to pick up tickets. If someone other than the person who purchased the tickets will be picking them up, please let us know ahead of time at 802-863-5966.
- The price of all tickets to shows on the Flynn MainStage includes a $1.25 Preservation fee which supports the long-term maintenance, restoration, and improvement of the historic Flynn Theatre. The price of all tickets to shows in FlynnSpace includes a $1 Preservation Fee.
- All ticket sales are final. The convenience fee for telephone, online, and outlet orders is $2.25 per ticket and is not refundable. There is no convenience fee on tickets purchased at our lobby window.

How To Order & Save on Flynn Center
2007-08 Series Subscriptions

Please note: During the Flynn Members-only period (July 27-August 12), all orders received on a specific date (including orders via the web, in person, and U.S. mail) will be randomized within that date and then filled. Beginning on August 14, ticketing for everyone via the web will be in "real time," which means you will be able to choose your tickets and determine your seat location on line at the time of purchase. This gives web users priority acces to the best-available remaining seats for all performaces. If you do not wish to use the web to purchase tickets and still want access to the best-available seats, we recommend that you submit a ticket order using the order form in the brochure prior to August 14. • Flynn Members at the $100 Contributor level and up save 10% on all orders for up to 8 events. (Multiple discounts do not apply.)You can become a Flynn Member at any time by phone, in person at the Flynn Center, by including it on the series ticket order form (line 8), and online (you will be prompted by the on-line form).
Flynn Member Ordering Details:
• Indicate “Member” on the outside of your mailing envelope and use the pre-printed label on your order form for member-priority ordering. For on-line orders, please use the on-line form.You will be asked to log in. (Please be sure you are logging into your member account and not creating a new account, the system must recognize your member status. If you would like to renew a lapsed membership you will be promted to do so after logging in. If you would like to become a member you will be prompted to do so once you've logged in. or created a new account.) If you prefer, you can also download the order from and deliver or mail it in.
• Member orders will be filled in order of postmark or “date-received” stamp beginning Friday, July 27. Orders received before July 27 will be processed with those received on July 27.

Series Guidelines for Flynn Members &
General Public:
Before Tuesday, September 4
• We only accept completed order forms mailed in or dropped off in person at the FlynnTix Regional Box Office at 153 Main Street, Burlington, VT 05401, or submitted via the web. Please follow the step-by-step ordering process which is part of the on-line form. We cannot accept phone orders during this period due to high demand. • Series Postage and handling fees: $2.25/ticket ordered (MainStage and FlynnSpace). A minimum of $5 per order and a maximum of $18 per order will be charged. Postage and handling fees are non refundable.
Starting Tuesday, September 4
• Order by phone or at the FlynnTix Regional Box Office window for up to four events (only member dicounts apply). For tickets to five or more events, please submit an order form at the FlynnTix Box Office window or via the mail or web to receive subscription discounts.
• For phone orders for up to four events, there is a $2.25 per ticket convenience fee plus a 75-cent postage charge for the entire order if the tickets are mailed in the U.S. ($1.00 if to Canada). Flynn Members are encouraged to use the Member Show Line phone number.
• Lowest-price tickets and group discounts are available for most events in the Flynn 2007-08 MainStage Season. A limited number of lowest-price tickets will be offered for seats in the back rows of the theater on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups of 15 or more may receive a 15% discount on full-priced tickets. For more information call 802-863-5966, voice/relay calls welcome.
Additional Discounts for Children & Students
Children and infants attending a performance must have a ticket and a separate seat. (Infants up to 12 months will be admitted free to Family matinee performances only.) A $4 discount is offered on tickets for children 17 and under. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child’s ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.
Students with valid ID cards also receive a $4 discount.
Things to Remember
• Fax orders cannot be accepted due to the possibility of lost or unreadable information.
• You may purchase tickets for 1-4 events by phone or at the FlynnTix Box Office window beginning September 4.Payment Instructions
• Mail your completed form with a check made payable to the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts or with credit card information. Indicate on the front of your mailing envelope if you are a Flynn Member. Mail to the FlynnTix Regional Box Office, 153 Main Street, Burlington, VT 05401.
• Drop off your completed order form—including check or credit card information—in person. The FlynnTix Regional Box Office (in the main theater foyer at 153 Main Street in Burlington) is open Monday-Friday, 10 am-5 pm and Saturday, 11 am-4 pm.
• Place your order on line. Follow the instructions on the form.
• American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Exchanges
Ticket exchanges are a special benefit for customers who purchase tickets to five or more shows by September 21. These tickets may be exchanged for any other Flynn-presented event, based on availability. Exchanges may be made in person or by mail when tickets are received at the Flynn at least three business days prior to the show date. A $2 charge applies per ticket exchanged. No refunds are issued, but unused tickets can be donated to the Flynn prior to the event.
Seating Preferences
General seating preferences can be communicated on the order form (as well as the on-line order form in the space provided). More specific requests can be written on a separate sheet attached to your order form. Every effort will be made to honor requests or assign the closest seats available, but due to the high volume of orders received and the limited number of seats available, specific seating cannot be guaranteed.
