Public Statement on Mail, Phone, and Email List Policy
The Flynn Center for the Performing Arts and the FlynnTix Regional Box Office do not sell or rent mail, phone, or email lists. Organizations that sell tickets through the FlynnTix Box Office do receive this information about their ticket buyers. The Flynn utilizes mail, phone, and email information to promote our own activities, allowing patrons the right to opt out of any or all these forms of communication at any time. The Flynn occasionally shares targeted ticket buyer mailing lists with like organizations for one-time-use only, to promote activities that may be of interest to our patrons. Donor lists are never shared.
While the Flynn cannot be responsible for the practices of other presenting organizations, our partner not-for-profits do adhere to similar policies. We will not forward any information to them if patron permission has been denied.
