Spirit Program

Spirits are members of the community who volunteer to serve as ushers, ticket takers, concession staff, and in other support roles for performances at the Flynn Center. We begin accepting applications every June for the upcoming season. You may call our offices at 652-4500 to have an application sent or submit your name and address to Carol Goodrum. We will send you an application form and an informational letter about the program. The deadline is August 31 for new volunteer applications. There is a mandatory orientation meeting for new Spirits held in September every year.

Benefit Events 2008

Looking for a fun volunteer opportunity? How about joining one of our benefit event committees? Each year the Flynn Center raises $100,000 in special benefit events to support programming and education. Education Department

Are you interested in volunteering for FlynnArts and the Education Department? We often need help with data entry and always need help distributing brochures and posters in the community and at special events. Or perhaps you have a special skill that we might put to good use?
