College Credit

The Flynn Center is proud that many of our classes in the performing arts are offered for college credit by institutions of higher education during the school year and the summer months. School Teachers

Documentation for recertification credit is available for all adult classes. The Flynn also offers Graduate courses in partnership with St. Michael’s College Graduate Education Program. Click here for more info.

College Students

The Flynn welcomes inquiries from college students from any institution about applying FlynnArts classes to independent study projects. Inquire with your advisor, or send us your advisor’s contact info: flynnartsREMOVETHISBEFORESENDING@flynncenter.org or 802-652-4548, ext. 4. Additionally, several classes or programs are offered for credit through the schools below, particularly the Summertime Jazz program. If you are a student at one of these schools, contact your advisor for more information about which classes qualify, and how to register.

High School Students

High school students who wish to earn college credit for our Summertime Jazz Program may be eligible for free or reduced tuition through UVM’s Dual Enrollment Program.
