Ever find yourself “stuck” while preparing for a role? Mark Alan Gordon teaches how to identify the dramaturgical demands of a script and combine them with your acting technique to effectively tell the story of a play. We discuss methods of unearthing the playwright’s intentions and then consider how to use those discoveries to plot out your performance to best serve the play.
