REGISTRATION
How to Register: Complete the registration form available HERE. Please submit one registration form per student (photocopies acceptable). Registrations are accepted by mail, hand-delivery, or fax.
When to Register: Last year's summer camps and classes filled quickly, so early registration is encouraged. Beginning Wednesday, February 10, Flynn Members and returning students may register in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone may become a Flynn Member by including a membership donation with your registration (or become a member online). Members of Burlington City Arts, the ECHO Center, Shelburne Farms, VPR, the Rokeby Museum, and the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum have early registration privileges for camps associated with those organizations.
Registrations from the general
public will be held in the order received and processed
beginning Monday, March 1.
Class/Camp Confirmation: After registration, students will receive a letter confirming their spot in the given class or camp. Other pertinent information will be sent a few weeks prior to each camp.
Waiting Lists: Students who are placed on waiting lists will be contacted if space becomes available.
Withdrawals/Cancellations:
Camps: Intention to withdraw must be made known to the FlynnArts coordinator at least one month prior to the first day of camp in order to secure a refund (excluding 50% deposit). No refunds or credits will be issued within one month of camp for any reason.
Classes: Intention to withdraw must be made known to the FlynnArts coordinator at least two weeks prior to the first class in order to secure a refund, less a 15% registration fee. Withdrawals announced less than two weeks prior to the first class result in a tuition credit (less 15%). After the second class session, no credits will be issued. Tuition for workshops/masterclasses is non-refundable.
Makeup Classes:
Classes: If you miss a class, you may make it up by attending another FlynnArts class during that semester. Missed classes may not be made up in different semesters.
The Flynn Center reserves the right to cancel classes and provide refunds with insufficient registration or to discontinue student participation in the unlikely event of persistent disruptive behavior.

Classes/Workshops: FFull payment by check or credit card is required in order to secure your space unless you apply for a scholarship or arrange for a payment plan (see details below).
