Welcome to the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts! We are thrilled to partner with Saint Michael's College to offer current Saint Michael's undergraduates the new Flynn Center/Saint Michael's College Cultural Pass. The Cultural Pass allows students to attend more than 50 different world-class performances at the Flynn Center during the 2009-10 academic year.

The Flynn Center, located at 153 Main Street between Church and St. Paul Streets in the heart of downtown Burlington's entertainment district, is a nationally renowned performing arts venue offering the best in jazz, world music, dance, American roots music, Broadway tours, and more. The Cultural Pass gives Saint Michael's students FREE access to each event in the Flynn Center's regular season and select special events.

Cultural Pass Guidelines & Information

1. All tickets will be paid for by Saint Michael's College. Although you will present your Knight Card to receive your tickets, they will not be charged to your Knight Card account.
2. Each pass is good for one (1) FREE ticket for each qualifying event for your own use. You are welcome to purchase additional tickets for friends at the regular ticket price.
3. This Cultural Pass is valid for most performances in the Flynn Center's 2009-10 Season, with the exception of those during breaks or exam periods (download a brochure (pdf) today or view the online version), and some selected special events that you will receive information about via email during the course of the year (see an up-to-date list of qualifying shows).
4. The Cultural Pass is only valid for shows presented by the Flynn Center and listed on the pass or on this web site. Some shows at the Flynn Center are presented by other promoters (i.e. Higher Ground) and are not included in the Cultural Pass. If you are uncertain whether the show you want to see qualifies under the pass, see the up-to-date list of qualifying shows.
5. Visit the Flynn Center/Saint Michael's College Cultural Pass web site often! New qualifying shows are added on a regular basis.
6. The Cultural Pass is NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you have ordered in advance you must pick up your tickets in person at the Knight Card office in Alliot Hall, Room 203, on the Wednesday and Thursday prior to the performance. If ordering tickets on the day of show you must visit the Flynn Box Office Lobby Window at 153 Main Street in Burlington. You will need to present your Cultural Pass and Knight Card, and your Knight Card ID number must match the number on the Cultural Pass. Tickets are for your own use only.
7. Do not lose your Cultural Pass! It can not be replaced and it is not valid without the corresponding Saint Michael's Knight Card.
8. Any misuse of the Cultural Pass will result in cancellation of your pass. No refunds will be issued.

Getting Your Tickets

Order Form:
To order tickets you must submit an order form (available online or at the Knight Card office on the second floor of Alliot Hall, Room 203) to the Knight Card office a minimum of seven days in advance of a performance. Your order will be processed at the FlynnTix Box Office and you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail when your order has been filled. Your tickets will be available for pick up at the Knight Card office on the Wednesday and Thursday prior to each performance. Students wishing to sit in a group should note that on their order form when they drop it off.

Lobby Window:
On the DAY OF SHOW, tickets may be ordered IN PERSON at the Flynn Box Office Lobby Window. Present your Cultural Pass and Knight Card to a representative at the Box Office at 153 Main Street in Burlington. YOU MUST HAVE THESE TWO DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A TICKET. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm. On days of MainStage shows the lobby window is open continuously from opening to curtain time and on days of FlynnSpace shows will re-open 1/2 hour prior to show time. For MainStage Sunday performances the Box Office opens one hour prior to showtime. Cultural Pass tickets may be ordered, based on availability, up to the start time of each qualifying performance. It is in your interest to pick up your ticket early in order to get the best seat, especially for popular events like the Broadway tours. Once the show is sold out, a ticket cannot be issued.
