Ballet Hispánico is America’s premiere Latino dance organization that for more than 45 years has brought communities together to celebrate and explore Latino cultures through dance. At the Flynn, the company presents its bold brand of contemporary dance via Michelle Manzanales’s Con Brazos Abiertos, an exploration of iconic Mexican symbols, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Línea Recta, a work pairing the hallmark passion of flamenco dance with highly inventive and intricate partnering, and Catorce Dieciséis, by Tania Pérez-Salas, one of Mexico’s most noted contemporary choreographers.
