Drop-in students are welcome when classes are not full, but classes regularly fill with registered students, so we recommend signing up in advance to avoid disappointment.

Offered for people with Parkinson’s (and caregivers), this class engages both mind and body. Through many styles of dance and energizing music, explore stretching, strengthening muscles, postural stability, and rhythm. Class is relaxed and emphasizes enjoyment, fun, creativity, and connection.

Don't miss Sara's Creative Moving for Wellness offered on Mondays this spring!

  • Thumbs Up Icon This class is especially welcoming to first-timers!
