    The Flynn is pleased to offer customized virtual one-on-one coaching sessions with our professional teaching artists! These coaching sessions are suitable for beginners to advanced performing artists looking to enhance their craft.

    Cancellation policy for coaching sessions: You may cancel your coaching session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours before your session is set to begin and we are unable to reschedule, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you miss your session without notice you will not be eligible for a refund.

    Be sure to describe what you're looking to get out of your coaching session. Once we receive your form we will work with you to match you with the right Teaching Artist for what you're looking to achieve.

Our one-on-one coaching sessions are customizable based on what you're looking for in your journey as a performing artist. You are welcome to sign up to work on whatever you need, and as long as we have a teaching artist available that can meet your needs, we will be able to match you! FlynnArts Faculty

ROSE J BÈDARD is a dancer, choreographer, and coach who is well-known for her work with teaching artistry, confidence and expression through dance. She has danced in several Vermont based companies and stays current with taking master classes from the industry’s top choreographers while attending annual accredited workshops and conferences.

JEN GREENWOOD has a B.A. in Music Education from Saint Michael's College and is a longtime music teacher, working both privately and in schools in Bennington, Newport, Danville, Hinesburg, Essex and Jericho, VT. She has been the Vocal Coach/Musical Director for many musical theater productions during her career, most recently at EHS, CVU, MMU, and here at The Flynn. A life-long Vermonter, Jen currently lives in Jericho with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Ian, Sam, and Caleigh.

ANNALISA LEDSON is a teaching artist, choreographer and performer from New York City. She has been teaching students in public schools and summer camps for many years and is excited to join the incredible team at the Flynn! She is the co-artistic director of Current Harbor and has created and performed in new works at; BAM Fischer Hall, HERE, Frieze Arts, Dixon Place, Joe’s Pub, The Tank, Mark Morris and Triskelion. Regionally, she's taught workshops in Minnesota, Maine, Massachusetts and New Jersey. She is National Choreography Month’s Regional Director Coordinator and Producer for NYC and NACHMOx. Annalisa holds an M.Ed in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Vermont.

ELISA VAN DUYNE is a Broadway veteran (42nd Street, Beauty & The Beast, 110 In The Shade, Finian's Rainbow), as well as a teaching artist and choreographer. She taught in New York City - at STEPS on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, and American Musical & Dramatic Academy, as well as for leading regional theater programs - Paper Mill Playhouse, NJ Performing Arts Center, Fulton Opera House and now for the Flynn. She currently teaches musical theater, dance, voice, acting and guitar to students all ages and abilities.
